Managing Stress at Work

Description: Our minds, much like our bodies, require deliberate rest, exercise, and training. Initiating a stress management practice can have a major impact on overall health but oftentimes it can be tough to know where to begin. In this 60 minute mental health training, we look at how practices like mindfulness impacts the brain, common myths that act as barriers for people beginning to explore mindfulness and meditation, and how to build a sustainable practice.

Description: With technology constantly competing for our attention, the workplace has become a challenge for maintaining focus and mental clarity. This training takes a closer look at how tech addiction gradually erodes our ability to think deeply, reflect, and engage meaningfully with our tasks. We’ll explore how the pull of constant notifications and digital distractions affects productivity and well-being, and examine the underlying forces driving this dependence. Through thoughtful conversation and evidence-based strategies, this session equips employees with the tools to reshape their relationship with technology—allowing them to set boundaries, reclaim focus, and create a healthier balance in their work and personal lives.
Mental Health Training for Managers

Description: As the workplace continues to evolve, we aim to better understand how the totality of our experiences impact mental health and how that impact shows up at work. As managers, you have a unique opportunity to create psychological safety for your teams by embracing neurodiversity, recognizing signs, reducing stigma, and building skills to promote productive conversations about mental health at work. This mental health training program offers specific guidance and skills building to effectively manage mental health at work.
Battling Burnout

Description: Burnout is a workplace condition that many (if not all) of us will experience at one some point in our professional lives. And workload isn’t the only contributing factor. In this mental health training, we’ll examine the multitude of contributing factors to burnout, the specific outcomes of excessive burnout, and effective ways to address both effectively.
Preventative Mental Health Training for HR
Duration: 4 hours (over multiple sessions)
Format: Virtual or IRL
Description: Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, mental health intervention (first aid) training teaches individuals how to assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis. In this multi-session mental health training, your team will learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.
Emotional Fitness
Duration: 60 minutes

Description: Whether we’re consciously aware of it or not, emotions shape our thoughts, motivations, and behaviors from morning until night, every day of our lives. In this mental health training, we explore how to cultivate healthy emotional traits such as self-awareness, resilience, curiosity, empathy, and joy. We also discuss how these healthy emotional traits can apply to more productive relationships and outcomes at work.
